Gandhinagar: Gujarat Prime Minister Bhupendra Patel has shared the newly built Swaminarayan Gurukul in Dabhoi, Vadodara District, and formally began the academic session.
The event was touched by the presence of saints, spiritual leaders, and recognizable dignitaries, according to release.

The Prime Minister said institutions like these were, in the contemporary times, mixed with the Gurukul tradition with modern advances to offer students not only academic knowledge but also the value and based cultural training that is essential for holistic development. Establishing a modern hostel next to a campus with a technological school marked the beginning of a new education period.
He expressed a strong belief that this Gurukul of the Swaminarayan institution will take care of a generation that has prepared for a bright future established in patriotism, values, and spirituality.
He noted that under the new education policy, which promotes the heritage of ancient universities such as Nalanda and Takshashila, the Prime Minister has established universities that are specific sectors. For the first time, an education system that is rooted in Indian tradition and mother -based language is implemented.
Under the guidance of the Prime Minister, the state government brings quality improvements to schools through the Gunbysav campaign. CM Patel emphasized that special attention was given to the education of the girls through initiatives such as his Kelavand Shala Praveshotsav.
The Prime Minister said that through Namo Lakshmi and Namo Saraswati Yojana, students are encouraged to choose science streams.
“In just one year, there was a 27 percent increase in the number of students who enrolled in the science of science. Through the Mission School of Excellence and Vidya Samiksha Kendra, both the standards and quality of education developed,” he said.
The Prime Minister concluded to promote India not only as a developing country but as Viksit Bharat by 2047. The Prime Minister urged to realize this resolution, we should all contribute to shaping an “generation of amrit” studied, value, and determined.
Cm noted that like institutions Shri Swaminarayan Gurukul Play an important role in supporting environmental initiatives chaired by the Prime Minister, including EK Ped Maa Ke Naam, catch rain, and without the use of single plastic use.

Under the leadership of the institution’s directors-the KP Swami, Nautam Swami, and Bapu Swami-this Gurukul is not only inaugurated today, but marked the beginning of a new chapter in shaping the future of Darbhavati.
